Many folks work long and hard to keep our loved ones in long-term care (LTC) active!These little disks are a thick foam, and we had some fun shooting them into the net.
After this, Laurie changed the game up.
Once most of us managed to get three in in a row, she called out colours and we had to pay attention to the colours we had in hand!
Behind the lady in red is a velcro game, like darts, but we use a ball and throw it.
Some of the others were playing cards, and a couple was playing checkers.
There is a family that regularly gathers in a room and plays Skip-bo. This is a game I played with one of my former Muskoka hospice clients.
