Senior's mental and physical health

Since I have met and faced middle age, I have come to terms with a lot of issues. There are Key Experiences important for the development of our brains, but I think it wise to revisit good nutrition, as well. I realize the importance of meditation, relaxation, socialization, getting Vitamin D (10 - 15 minutes outdoors per day), good nutrition, sleep hygiene, exercising both my body and my mind, and balancing mind, body & spirit.

The CHAP Program website provides some valuable resources for you to monitor your mental and physical health.
